I don't really get night sweats perse, but I often get hot flashes in the middle

of the night. And usually it is because I need to eat.

It is VERY hard to tell the differnce between a hot flash from low estrogen adn

a sweat form hypoglycemia! But the ,kind of night sweats and day sdweats I have

had have not been glucose related as I check! I use my glucose meter freely and

food had nothing to do with them, so that leaves hormones.,
