Cycling & RA knees

Hi everyone

Has anyone had any experience with having rheumatoid in the knees and

whether it affects riding a bicycle? I didn't have a bicycle as a

child or young person so can't ride a two-wheeler (though I've tried)

but now have the opportunity to buy a secondhand adult tricycle. I'll

have to borrow the money to do it and don't want to risk that if it's

a no-no for RA knees.

I'd appreciate any feedback on what others know or have experienced.
