Guest guest
Hello, Everything i have read about AF says sleep in past 9am, I have never really been a good sleeper but i am having a hard time going to bed by 9pm and sleeping until 9am??? Is everyone else able to sleep 12 hours??? I have no problem falling asleep between 9 and 10 and I normally wake up evry night at midnight just long enough to look at the clock and roll over and go back to sleep, this happens despite everything I have tryed (high protein snack before bed, last isocort before bed, tea before bed) nothing seems to let me sleep srtaight through and I just cant sleep for 12 hours. Should I maybe go to bed later or is it ok that I dont sleep until 9 and that I am up at 6 am???? Any thought??? Thank You for all your help

I would, however, lay down for a nap in the afternoon, even if it's just to " rest " without falling asleep. I think I was running on adrenaline back then. So for me, 8 hours is about max. > high protein snack before bed, last isocort > before bed, tea before bed) nothing seems to let me sleep srtaight > through Try adding some fat and fiber to your protein snack like peanut butter or any nut butter, some apple or carrot.
