The most popular liver-tonic herb, dandelion, just happens to be really high in sodium... > Yes, Bieler is very against our table salt; I've started making his famous zucinni and green bean soups to get the minerals for the liver and adrenals. Am also drinking dandelion root tea. This, with the raw yolks in juice and yeast seems to be working fine for a gentle detox. It's made with high-sodium zucchini, celery, parsley, green beans. I also have them uncooked by juicing the same veggies.
