Using Doxy

So, is there a difference between taking 100mg of doxy daily versus

100mg twice a day MWF? Am thinking of switching to see if my numbers

will fall a bit faster - " Supposedly " the only way that I am going to

stand straight is to get my CPK in the normal range. While I feel

better on Doxy, have been doing it for 6 months and haven't seen a huge

change -

Summary - opinions on Doxy MWF 200mg vs daily 100mg???

Thanx

Carole

Carole,

Protocol is 100mgm 2x a day MWF for doxy. Not everyone needs to do this

much. The less the better of course. If it is working at 100mgm you can stay

there.

If you increase to twice a day MWF you may herx (back down if you do). Start

slowly adding only 100mgms a week or less. And yes the CPK may go down

faster but that is not certain.
