Guest guest
Use the Epsom salts at home --- if you have a bathtub. Just use two cups of the salts in hot water. Try to stay in until you are sweating or until the water cools. Then rinse off the salty water. I get the Epsom Salts at Costco; twelve pounds for about six bucks (I think that was the price). rheumatic Re: Elimination diet success? > > > >> > > > >> > > > >> Carey, > > > >> > > > >> I was definitely at the peak of my RA symptoms when I started > > > >> watching my diet > > > >> in August 2010. Guest guest
Does this help even if you are not on the diet or AP? Guest guest
Sure. It's an old remedy and I use it all the time (I'm not on AP but my diet is restricted on a mostly permanent basis). I find it especially helpful after working in the yard. I have to take a long hot soak when I'm through working otherwise I wouldn't be able to get out of bed the next morning. When I feel under the weather, I add a large bottle of peroxide to the salted water after soaking for ten minutes. _____ From: rheumatic [mailto:rheumatic ] On Behalf Of carey largent Sent: Wednesday, April 06, 2011 10:25 PM rheumatic Subject: RE: EL Re: rheumatic Re: Elimination diet success?
