Thanks, El/ Still eat tomatoes, being Italian, but will give them up

as well...and will try a gym with a sauna...not sure how to use epsom

salt in a gym, though?

Use the Epsom salts at home --- if you have a bathtub. Just use two cups of

the salts in hot water. Try to stay in until you are sweating or until the

water cools. Then rinse off the salty water. I get the Epsom Salts at

Costco; twelve pounds for about six bucks (I think that was the price).

Sure. It's an old remedy and I use it all the time (I'm not on AP but my

diet is restricted on a mostly permanent basis). I find it especially

helpful after working in the yard. I have to take a long hot soak when I'm

through working otherwise I wouldn't be able to get out of bed the next

morning. When I feel under the weather, I add a large bottle of peroxide to

the salted water after soaking for ten minutes.
