Do people with Hashi's usually have Addison's too?

Okay, I am trying not to panic. I just found out I have Hashi's two

days ago and I just read that since Hashi's is an autoimmune disorder

and so is 's that usually people with Hashi's usually have

's. I hope I am wrong. Is this true? Could anyone show me

any resources or books on this subject if I am right? Thanks so much

for all your help?
