If oyu eat fats with the banana it will offset the immediate hunger

which is a hyopglycemic response to the sugar in it. Cut one up and

serve with cream or even put peanut butter on it. Delicious that way and

will also help keep your glucose stable .

Have you ever tried undenatured whey? According to one list I belong to,

many people who are allergic to milk can use it with no problems.

My husband uses the unflavored rice milk. I think it is disgusting, and

it has sea salt in it anyway.

Neither you nor your wife cook? No wonder you have so much trouble

thinking of going low carb!

But do not forget that " natural sugars " in fruit are still SUGAR!
