Guest guest
My normal waking time is 7 am but my husband has been at home for the past two weeks and since we stay up late, I haven't been waking up until 8:30 am. Since I have been monitoring my temperature, I have noticed my 9 am temperature is much lower than it used to be. Is this because I am not taking my IsoCort and Armour at 7 am like I used to? Also, normally by 9 am I would have ate breakfast but haven['t yet? Should I move my temperature times based on when I get up and take my first dose of Armour and IsoCort so that it is more accurate? Guest guest
It could be the times, or it could be the extra stress of staying up later, or maybe hubby is a stress! LOL But yes I would make the temp times later to compensate. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets
Guest guest
Definately the husband could be the problem! LOL I have noticed if I take it again about one hour after being up, my temperature is back in the normal range (for me). Thanks.
