Guest guest
Bonnie, It is best to take them now they help rebuild the adrenals you may want to do this protocol. http://www.thecompounder.com/hormonesadrenalprotocol.php It is best long term to balance all B vitamins no b complex in U.S.A. is balance you will need to add folic acid and biotin. From: banjobon I've read before that pantethine and pantothenic acid are both good for the adrenals ). I was wondering if one should wait to take those til starting to taper down/come off HC. I think I remember they work by encouraging the adrenals to work better, so my thinking was that I should wait til mine are healed before Thanks! Guest guest
Thanks ! I already do the Biotin (5,000 mcg/day) and there's folic acid in my B complex, multi-vit, and my B-12 complex - I believe altogether I'm getting around 1600 mg/day. The one I'll probably have to look into increasing is the B6 as I'm getting around 60-70 mg/day from my multi-vit and B complex, but maybe I could take my B-50 twice/day instead of once. Thanks for the link. BTW - I'm in Texas too. :-) (assuming you are from you're screen name). Thanks again!
