Dear E.,

It seems like every week there is a new study about chemicals linked to cancer

and other diseases. These are the same toxic chemicals that are building up in

our bodies and being found in the products we use everyday. This summer,

Mcs recalled 14 million Shrek glasses because they contained high levels

of cadmium. We learned that some cash register receipts are full of the hormone

disrupting chemical bisphenol A, and that toxic flame retardants, called PBDEs,

are building up in bald eagles as well as in people. It's
