Guest guest
Hi Bev, Wish I could say the same about my bug I caught. started stress dosing when I felt something coming on in my chest last Friday, but I guess I didn't catch it soon enough or dose high enough (I doubled my daily dose up to 60 mg). Long story short, I finally went to the dr. and got some antibiotics on Tuesday because I have it in my chest now and it's nasty. Guest guest
>>Perhaps the need for thyroid hormone also increases like the need for Cortisol when dealing with an infection, fever or flu?<< Atually when perope are very ill the thyroid levels go DOWN in the body and that is so that they can rest better adn do not over do the energy expenditure and get well. I believe the high cortils needed to combat the flu als0 stops converiosn of T4 to T3 so this is normal for thyroid levels to fall when ill. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
