Guest guest
I would increase HC to 15MG taken in two doses for the next few days. That is alot of stress oyu have been through and yur body is going to feel it probably for a couple weeks. Relax if you can, and try to find time to greive and heal. Sorry to hear of your loss, animals are my life so I really understand this kind of stress. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Thank you. I think I am suffering major guilt at the moment for the horse I gave away. I had him 11 years and he was such a loyal friend. This may sound silly but I know he is hurting for the loss of his friend. It was not an easy choice to give him away but I could not have him by himself. The though of that just beaks me. I just need to confirm what a few days is, should I just increase for 2 or 3 or maybe two weeks. Sorry but I just can't think for myself at the moment. Guest guest
Margo, My heart goes out to you. This has truly been a stressful event for you. Though totally different in nature, I just had a traumatic event on New Year's Eve. I was wiped out for 5 days. The 5th day being the worst of all. Then yesterday I started feeling alot better and today much better. I did stress dose, but not enough and I should have done it sooner. Don't know if this helps since we are probably in different stages, but sometimes it helps to know that you aren't alone. Take care, English > > > > I would increase HC to 15MG taken in two doses for the next few days. > > That is alot of stress oyu have been through and yur body is going to > > feel it probably for a couple weeks.
