I am in the Niagara Falls area, so if I can't find someone in Canada I will look

into upstate New York. If there is anyone in Buffalo and vicinity or even Erie

Penn. , let me know if you know any Docs.

Re: rheumatic vitamin K and C with minocycline

Amy and All,

In regard to the discussion of Vit K and C etc. here is what I have

taken since about 1995 when I was just beginning to fight the battle.

Shopping at a local health food store, I purchase:

Solaray Vitamin K 100 mcg one a day - for pigmentation

PURE vitamin C ascorbic acid crystals - NOW brand - 1/2 tsp in water

along with grapefruit seed extract - 8 drops - every night. - for

pigmentation

Molybedrum 150 mcg this is purchased as Biotics Mo-zyme Forte one a

day - for curling hands

B6 NOW brand 100 mg one a day - for curling hands.

Hope this helps every one.

Anyone know the recommended dose of vit. K and C to prevent

hyperpigmentation with minocycline? Also, I have noticed my eyes are dry.

I am 6 months

into AP (100mg once a day, MWF). Anyone else notice dry eyes?

And while I thought I was clear of Raynaud's, this past weekend I was out

in the cold rain for 20 minutes and my fingers turned tomato red and

wouldn't function. A little disappointing to see I'm not over that

symptom, but

still, it was extreme cold/wet conditions so I'm not too surprised.

Harald, thanks for keeping everyone posted on the best sources for

antibiotics. I'm glad you are here. (My grandmother was a Weiss)
