Hello,

My name is Vicki and I am 47 yrs old. I would really like some of

your advice on which way to turn. So here is my story so far.

First, I was diagnosed with Erythema Nodosum in 03/07. I have had a

continuous outbreak since it started. So far we have not been able to

find the " trigger " that causes it. I have been to a dermotologist,

gynecologist, uroligist, rhumatologist, and gastroenterologist. My

latest procedure was a ct scan. The report indicated the left adrenal

gland appears " full " but I see no convincing space_occupying lesions.

I have had a TSH test and that has come back at 0.78. I have almost

all of the hypothyroid symptoms, even an average body temp of 96.9

(measured 4 times a day for a month). The CT scan also showed an

enlarged uterus which may be related to multiple fibroids and an

enlarged left adnexae containing multiple follicles.

So, my question to you all: would you see an endocrinologist or a

gynocologist first? I am not sure if my Dr. will refer me to the

endocronologist. I feel he thinks I am just a hypochondriac at this

point. I am not!! Just tired of being tired and feeling like crap.

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for reading and listening to my rant.

Vicki
