Hi Val,

I took 15mg Armour with my first dose of HC at 8.50 this morning. I

didn't have as much sleep/rest as other nights (up till 1am..7 hours in

bed instead of usual, recent 9 hours) as I had things to do this

morning. Anyway I didn't feel as much energy as other days but put it

down to not as much rest. But then I started to feel alot of pressure

in my head at about 4.30pm and had to go lie down. It has now turned

into a headache. I had started to feel aches in my eyes in the last

couple of days but not this pressure. It seems to me to be a reaction

to the Armour even though it's such a small amount. I'm scared as

hell, what does this mean? why can't I get back on Armour without

having this problem? Before when I was tremoring, I had horrible

headaches but they were different, more painful actually but it wasn't

a feeling of pressure in my head.

Please help

Sara

Oh no are you saying you can't advise me anymore?? I had Ferritin

tested while in hospital and though I don't have the figures yet

because doc's sec still hasn't sent copies of them to me as promised,

he did say it was normal.

I feel really really lost now. Do you think I shouldn't take Armour

tomorrow?

I would still try to take the Armour. But i would also request a copy of

that Ferritin lab, in range is NOT normal and the range goes WAY tooo

low, so it is very possible this is a problem for you as well.

Okay, I will take it again tomorrow and attempt to get the ferritin

level over the phone. I am supposed to see the endo tomorrow but don't

fancy handing over the equivalent of $150 to be irritated or made to

feel I don't know what I'm doing (which I don't tonite!) BTW I got TFT

results from 4th January : FT4 11.1 TSH 3.01 and total T3 .86 (they

rarely do T3 even when requested by the doc, had to kick up about it

and was told I'd have to come in and give yet another blood sample)GP

rang me to tell me my results in a gay voice 'they're much better than

last time'..I almost had to stress dose at the stupidity and arrogance

of the woman.

I am resisting thinking I'm totally screwed tonight. It's very scary.

Thanks
