(Because the soy in Bragg's isn't fermented, I have to wonder how much of soy's antinutrients it contains.) Avoiding most soy is my choice. TwinLab (if I looked at the right one) has these ingredients: > Ingredients > Purified Water, Hydrolyzed Gelatin, Fructose, Whey Protein Isolate > (from Milk), Propylene Glycol, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Egg White > Hydrolysate, Defoamer, Cellulose, Inositol, Choline Bitrate, Orange > Flavor, Sorbic Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Methylparaben, D-Calcium > Pantothenate, Niacinamide, L-Carnitine, Propylparaben, Cyanocobalamin, > Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin 5 (Essential Amino Acids) > Phosphate Sodium, Thiamin Hydrochloride, Para Aminobenzoic Acid, > Biotin, Folic Acid. I prefer to avoid hydrolyzed anything, and also don't tolerate some of the other ingredients well. And personally I also prefer not to ingest parabens and antifreeze. Just my personal opinions of course, sol nafoel wrote: > Do you think Braggs Amino Acid liquid is any good?
