Guest guest
I don't think you want to lower cortisol if it was zero by noon on your test. That would indicate you need cortisol. Low bp means adrenal fatigue. I am not too sure I would use Relora to correct adrenal fatigue. Any reason why you don't take the thyroid in the am when it is needed more? Normally you have higher adrenal and thyroid hormones in the am and through the day, with lower at night. It might work better if taken in the morning...just an idea. > > Val and others - > > Wondering if anyone has used Relora and if I should use it. Guest guest
Thanks so much, Val. What about the Adrenal Health (Gaia Herbs Liquid Phyto-Caps) that I was also recommended to try with holy basil and rhodiola? Are those okay to take or do you recommend JUST licorice? I do not have trouble sleeping in the least! I do have mild sleep apnea and am on a CPAP machine. Is sleep apnea caused from too little cortisol in the pm hours/early am hours or too much cortisol? Guest guest
I was also told to take Relora when I first started taking adrenal support. It took me a while to figure out that the Relora was hindering any progress I was making. I quit the Relora and saw a great improve in my treatment. Please research any supplements and ask for info before taking them. It's so hard and takes so long to start feeling better. I have learned a lot just by reading the past posts. I am so glad I found this group! Robin > > Val and others - > > Wondering if anyone has used Relora and if I should use it.
