Guest guest
SInc emy new diet in NT ( loads of butter ect ) lately it felt like my heart was racing. The other night found it hard to sleep and thought my hear rate was up. Infact i timed my H rate and i ended up with 68 beats per mintute. WHat i noticed however was my ehart was beating more " forcefully " therefore giving me the initial impression that it was actually going fast like i had just done some exercise. Am i overdoing the butter? ( i reckon on avg i would eat 75g of butter a day )
Guest guest
Hi Joyce I have cfs and at the beggining of the year I had the same problem, it progressively got worse over a couple of months. Couldn't even dawdle 100mtrs and I was out of breath and confined to the couch on my back for the rest of the day. Was a scary time, I also had tightness in the chest. I organised to be checked by the Doctor so he arranged a cardio stress test. Well while I was waiting for the appointment I tried a product for my gut biofilms called lumbrokinase, it is also used for cardio health. It worked wonders for me. I sailed through the cardio test and have never looked back, they never found anything wrong either. I now take a brisk walk most days for 40 minutes. > > I have shortness of breath and I spend alot of time flat on the couch when my muscles give out. I am smarter laying down and I need to take alot of breaks. I wish there was a way to treat dystolic dysfunction and diagnose it. joyce >
Guest guest
Thanks! I just learned the heart dr. wants me to do the tread mill and then they do a ct of my heart afterward. It takes about 4 hours because i just keep repeating that. They initially shoot me up with some kind of sodium. I want to call the Dr. office Monday and get more details. It could be too much for me to handle. joyce I am taking nattikinase at night and serraptase in the AM. I eat greens most of the day. joyce > > > > I have shortness of breath and I spend alot of time flat on the couch when my muscles give out. I am smarter laying down and I need to take alot of breaks.
