My temps..Val please check them out re starting Armour or increasing HC

Good Evening Val,

Just want to share my temps with you one more time and confirm if I

should stay at 30mg HC cream for a bit longer since they've begun to

get close to within the .2 or increase by 2.5HC. I am so eager to get

back on Armour but definitely don't want to do it prematurely running

the risk of more stress to my Adrenals. Just to remind you, I know

you read so many emails everyday..I have stayed at 30mg since last

wednesday before that it was stress dosing for 2-3 days and before

that I was on 5mg prednisolone for about 7 weeks except for when my

doc took me off it completely or switched me to 7.5mg HC for a few

days and before all that it was 8-9 Isocort daily for more than a

year.
