Stress dosed Wednesday/what now?

I felt like I was coming down with a cold/flu yesterday and stress dosed with

20mg between the 1st and second dose.

Do I need to take more today too? My symptoms are gone. I've been at 30mg a day

since the ER trip on Tuesday a week ago --

10 - 7.5 -7.5 - 2.5 - 2.5 and was going to start weaning back some.

Do I need to take any extra for a couple of days?
