Do I continue to take daily temps after starting Armour?

Just wondering am I supposed to continue to take 3 temps daily now that

I have restarted Armour today?

OIty is best to as at some point the Armrou may be too much stress for the

adrenals and this will show it. ANd you won;t have oot guess what is going on.
