My clients at the day hospital couldn't beleive it either....sort of sunk in when our primeminister was on tv. Water-112 oz. coffee-4 flax-4 1 cup cucumber-2 2 cheese pancakes-2 Salad(1/2 c. endive-.8 celery-2 1 tbsp. onion-.9 mayo 1/4 c. pepper)-6 pork rinds chicken 1 oz. cheese-1 2 cheese strings-.2 19.2g Sad day , going to say prayers for my neighbours down south.
