Low Adrenal Reserve

My saliva test results last Aug stated in the comments " indicating low adrenal

reserve and adrenal fatigue. " Did anyone else have this diagnosis?

I'm just been reading in " Safe Uses of Cortisol " and LOW ADRENAL RESERVE sounds

pretty serious. Dr Jefferies indicates that taking HC may provide for residual

tissue to regenerate but most people may have to take some replacement forever.

Val, have you had any experience with low adrenal reserve or is ZRT Lab the only

lab which does the Dr comments with your saliva results?
