Eva, I'm sure I missed it, but could you please tell me which pharmacy in

Canada you get your armour thyroid from. I was lucky enough to speak with a

pharmacist where I work that gave me three months worth of lower dose armour

that he had, so all I have to do is take two each day, but there is

absolutely none anywhere in my state, adjoining states, etc., and believe me

I've

check - very scary, as synthroid is ot a viable option for me.

I would be interested if your could tell me what exactly I would have to

do, and I'd imagine that would entail faxing the Canadian Pharmacy my script.

I'd appreciate any help you could give me on that - truly worries me that

the pharmacies in the US don't even have an anticipated date of when it will

become available again.

here are the Canadian pharmacies:

$136.00 BuyLowDrugs.com (enter Minocin as the search term)

$140.27 CanDrugstore.com --this is the one I use for Armour Thyroid meds. I

called them first to make sure they have the right thyroid meds. with shipping I

payed 57-- dollars. print out the paper, fill it out, take it to your doctor and

have them fax it to the pharmacy.

Eva

$146.77 Federal Drugs. Stated manufacturer is Wyeth-Ayerst.

$151.90 Canadian Pharmacy Choice

$163.42 for 112 capsules DoctorSolve.com

$163.50 SWIFT Rx

$167.02 RxCareCanada.com

$184.00 Canada Pharmacy

$185.00 Canada Pharmacy

$195.68 CanadaDrugs.com

$202.00 CanTrust RX

Many more Canadian pharmacies should be willing to ship to the US. Simply phone

them and inquire.

Armour Thyroid is on back order here in Northern Virginia. The pharmacist

said the swine flu et al has caused a shortage. You are fortunate to have

gotten some. The Canadian Pharmacies may also be out of stock; please let

us know if you are successful. El

Naturethroid and Westthroid are similar; my doctor put my on it last

month due to our shortage in GA, and I'm doing fine--rumors of bad

batches and pharmaceutical companies not wanting Armour on the market

due to its popularity and wanting to market Synthroid more.

the only problem with Synthroid is that it doesn't contain both t3 and t4 and

therefor it would not help me.

The other problem with Synthroid is that it is entirely chemical.

Armour Thyroid is natural, desiccated thyroid.
