Hydrocortisone is an accepted treatment while OG in fact can make the

differnce btween a healthy pregnancy and an early still birth from low

coritosl. You should read the book by Jefferies Safe Uses of Cortiosl as

it is about what we do as in replacing pnly the cortiosl our own bodies

shoudl be making but can't. I would tell an OB about it's use as it

needs to be increased as the pregnancy would draw more cortioslusage, in

normal women cortiosl doubles abotu mid term i believ (not sur3 the

timing but that it does double is fact) Also in the event of a C seciton

or difficult birth oyu would need apropriate stress dosing.
