I think you may be fine to raise. The reason for this is that your temps arein a

rising pattern, which is different than a fluctuating pattern which is up and

down, yoiurs are steadily clumbing which means the thyroid is getting ot he

cells.

Hi Val,

You say fine to 'raise'..just to confirm and remind you I haven't been

on any thyroid meds since 20th Dec. And my temp did go down to 98 on

wednesday...in your opinion are you sure I should restart Armour?

Tues 98.7

Wed 98

Thurs 98.16

Fri 98.76
