allergic reaction to flu shot or minocin?

I have DM and just started on AP last week.  I take 100 mg of mnocin 2x day on

MWF and a lot of OTC supplements.  I took the supplements for a week before

starting the minocin.  Then started minocin last Wed.  Everything was going

well.  Then I got a flu shot yesterday (my Dr. said it was ok) and last night I

started getting red, raised welts (different from the DM rash that I also have

all over my body). 

 

Any thoughts about whether it's the flu shot or the minocin - how will I know?  

Does an allergic reaction to minocin usually happen right away?
