Guest guest
I spoke with Dr. Sinnot in Iowa this morning over the phone. He is a very nice guy. He said that he prescribes Minocyline for Lupus and autoimmune diseases, usually 100mg 2x a day. I asked him about the danger of Minocycline induced Lupus and he was not worried about it. He thought the symptoms were natural reactions to the AP therapy. He does not prescribe Doxycycline instead. He also doesn't really use Low Dose Naltrexone. My symptoms are all Sjogren's and possible Lupus or MCTD underlying with negative blood work. Is anyone here with Lupus on Minocycline? Are there other AP doctors that won't prescribe it for potetial Lupus patients? I was wondering what Dr. Whitman, Dr. Trentham or Dr. Franco's views on this was. Also, does anyonehave any experience with Minocycline and LDN? I am on a medication called Altace for blood pressure and proteinuria and didn't want it to interfere.
