Confused about cortisol ranges...

Most of the ranges I've been seeing in other posts use a different

unit measurement and range than what I received back from my saliva

tests through ZRT Labs. Here are my results from last July...

Morning: 2.1 ng/ml Range 3.7 to 9.5

Noon: 0.7 ng/ml Range 1.2 to 3.0

Evening: 1.3 ng/ml 0.6 to 1.9

Night: 0.5 ng/ml 0.4 to 1.0

How can I determine what stage of AI I'm in when these units and

ranges don't correspond to anything I've read here.

Thanks for any insight.

You are low 2 of the times and border low at night too. DHEA is needed too

to figure out stages.

You are welcome, Di.

Okay, hate to break this to you, but with 3 low cortisol readings and low

DHEA, you are likely at the beginning stages of stage 7 (which I am also

in).

Are you taking any cortisol support?
