Guest guest
Once your cortisol levels rise it is very hard to drop it. I think it takes at least 8 hours. So,PS needs to be taken before levels start rising which changes for each person. If your levels start raising in the afternoon you need to take it before that time and also at least 15 minutes before eating anything. If you are exposed to stress and your levels started raising before you take PS it has little effect. It is not neutralising the released cortisol it is effecting the pituitary. bw Nil Re:PS and taking meds through customs at airports I put most all of my supplements in my baggage when traveling to Ireland this September and kept my armour and a couple of other meds in my purse. I had no problem, no one checked on either end, but to be on the safe side I would put some in his baggage and keep some with carry one in case they lose anything. I tried several different regimes of PS, taking different amounts at different times, some of my research now tells me that it is probably better to take some at lunch, dinner and late in the evening.
