Guest guest
I have been on AP for 6 months taking low dose of minocin, just last week I have increased a dose a bit and feel much better, feel the difference already. I have gone through Herx a bit and my inflammation is less now. I am not taking any other medications right now and the biggest problem for me still is my foot, it has so much inflammation there that it makes so hard for me to walk. I have read somewhere that for minocin to work - there should be no inflammation. Can someone suggest any natural remedies, maybe some lotion or cream to take the inflammation down. Or should i take Advil in a mean time? thank you > > From: Hadia <hadia_elnagdy@... <hadia_elnagdy%40> <mailto: > hadia_elnagdy%40 <hadia_elnagdy%2540>> > > > Subject: rheumatic what is AP > > rheumatic <rheumatic%40> <mailto: > rheumatic%40 <rheumatic%2540>> > > Date: Monday, October 11, 2010, 7:46 PM > > question please what is AP stands for is Humira is one of it ? if not can > > you give me some example of it . > > Thanks a lot > >
Guest guest
Have you tried Zyflamend? Very good natural antiinflammatory. Also, a shake product Metagenics product called Inflamex 360. Both of these seemed to help me, with minocin, and dietary changes. After 3-4 minutes or so add some 3% hydrogen peroxide. For a topical, you could try Soothanol.
Guest guest
Natural means are always a good path to try. I would recommend cleaning your body with a product by Metagenics called UltraClear. The best price I have found is at www.MyHealth-Store.com A cannister is $55.80 and has 21 servings. My alternative health care practitioner started me on one serving a day for 10 days then 3 servings a day for 11 days...then he suggested I stay on it longer. I did it for a total of 31 days. It is a detoxifying meal replacement. I now take it once a day just to help my body keep up with detoxing the daily accumulation of toxins and stress that I encounter. This is a tremendous product that I highly recommend. I would also order Omega Q Plus from www.DrSinatra.com It is a source of Omega 3s from squid, not fish. It is burpless. Yea! Also has Coenzyme Q and B vitamins, etc. It greatly helped my energy levels and reduced inflammation. 5000mg of Omega 3s daily are needed to help with joint inflammation. I also have ordered their probiotics to take during AP. they are a reputable company with quality products. To help reduce the costs, I do take 2400mg of the Omega Q Plus and add 2000mg of fish oil at night (so if I burp it, I don't know it). Hope this helps.
