For those of us who are interested in this....how much grapefuit seed extract do

you put in a gelatin capsule?

For thrush (fungus on tongue) I started brushing teeth and tongue w/baking soda

thrush was gone in 2 brushing.

Sorry to take so long in responding helping a friend w/some health issues.  I

put 10-15 drops of grapefruit seed extract, along w/10 drops of oregano oil. 

The directions state you can take it up to 3 times a day.
