Guest guest
In my experience, a person doing a liver cleanse is far less likely to throw up if they do some colon cleansing first. Years ago, a local naturopathic doctor recommended a liver cleanse that involved extra virgin olive oil, classic Coca Cola and lemon juice and, the next day, I had more energy than I'd had in years and years! It was great. I should go dig up the recipe and do it again. - C Stonkey writes: > Just the taste. I am afraid I will throw it up and have tons of diarrhea. > Just don't feel good about doing it.
