Guest guest
Hi ,you might want to read a thread on that subject at www.roadback.org " s bulletin boardYou will have to scroll down a bit and there are lots of views. By the way,AP did not work for me until I changed my diet completely and dropped the D.All of this took over a year to clear from my body and then AP worked very well and I was in remission shortly after. Guest guest
I haven't started AP, but I have found that diet totally affects my symptoms. Hugely related. I was good in the beginning about eliminating certain things - but not doing so well these days. Do you know what your vitamin D levels are? Sorry if this is repeat for you. Thanks, Amy lynneandsantos wrote: > > Hi ,you might want to read a thread on that subject at > www.roadback.org " s bulletin boardYou will have to scroll down a bit > and there are lots of views. Guest guest
I don't notice any effects from taking vit D. I think I sleep better - not sure if that's from vit D though. I also take calcium & magnesium, & those are known to help sleep too.
