I am frankly blown away at the " war " out there concerning dietary fats. I have lately been picking up book after book and just skimming the section on fats ... quite amazing, after reading NT. It is truly incredible the differences in opinions, even when evaluating the same studies. I felt much the same way but have gone out of my way to atleast give it a try. I have noticed that I do not get the acne from drinking milk and eating meat from pasture fed cows that I did when eating vegetable and/or trans fats. To me this means that my body must be using the fats; I hope to build strong bones and especially strong teeth. I am so anxious to remineralize my teeth and my children's teeth. I have noticed recently that my two friends on low-fat diets have been quite ill. One of them had the arches in her feet operated on (still as painful as ever) then she was down for weeks with what they are calling menengitis but now they say it may be food allergies. I feel sorry for her. Joy
