Everyone is unique in their need for different kinds of food, and this can change from day to day, and week to week. Bieler said that some people (those who ate too much cooked protein previously) may need to go off of meat altogether--for several years--to help their body get rid of the extra protein it has stored. Other people can not tolerate milk, in any form. Saying that raw meat is the answer for all health problems and that there is a perfect amount is missing the point of our individuality.
