Say, (1) for maintaining good health and (2) for correcting some digestion problems, deficit of energy (probably due to lack of sleep), and improving complexion. AV recommends eating from 1 to 3 lb oz meat a day, depending on height/weight proportion. Will adding a couple of raw eggs and one or two 3-4 oz raw servings of meat and/or fish a day do any significant improvement in health?
