How much RAF to eat daily?

Bianca,

In your experience, how much raw meat, fish, eggs,

butter, etc. one needs to eat daily? Say, (1) for

maintaining good health and (2) for correcting some

digestion problems, deficit of energy (probably due to

lack of sleep), and improving complexion. AV

recommends eating from 1 to 3 lb oz meat a day,

depending on height/weight proportion.

Will adding a couple of raw eggs and one or two 3-4 oz

raw servings of meat and/or fish a day do any

significant improvement in health?
