Guest guest
Hi Ros, Yeah, bugger... and crikey !! Thanks for your message. I also find i get bloated on Nexium - gawd knows what it's doing to me. I hope i can give it up soon - i'll have a look at Somac, thanks. It sounds like you are juggling meds quite well and minimising damage. It's a hard job. I take the Osteo Panadols which are slow realease over 8 hours. I think the MMS i was taking tipped me over the edge with my gut problems. I was just wondering whether i should give mino a rest while my gut is healing. With your diet, you'll soon know what's causing pain if you try adding foods after staying off them for a time. I hope you connect with a good doctor where you live. That's half the battle. I don't feel my doc is much good at all. It feels awful stabbing around in the dark with AP. Let me know how you go... best, Leonie > > Hi Leonie > > Even though I'm trying to find my way in the dark with no experienced > AP dr up here, I thought I'd tell you my experiences with gut > problems and anti-inflammatories over the past three years.
