Guest guest
Hi, My Zapper was purchased from , 519-473-7897 (Ontario, Canada). I believe he sells them for $380.00 (Canadian), but it includes an adapter and has pads on the wrist-bands which you moisten well before wearing. I'm sorry it's not in your price range, but it works! For me it was worth every penny. Good Luck!

Lunch is 3 tins of tuna ( about 85g a tin ) with a salad and butter. Dinner is potatoe, pumpkin + assortment of other vegatables with usually lamb all laden with butter. If anyone could please give me any insight would be much appreciated. >> You should do a count of the macronutrient content of your daily diet -- if the meals you described are typical, you appear to be on a high protein/high fat/low carbohydrate diet (except for the potato, everything else you mention is low carb). Looks right out of Atkins - although the establishment has a lot of trouble accepting it, lots of people lose weight readily on this kind of diet -- if you don't want to lose weight, eat more (complex) carbos and less protein and fat.
