I have been at 32.5 mg HC for about two months, and I'm trying to

raise my Armour. I'm at 1 1/2 grains, but don't get a temp rise when

I raise the Armour. I went up to 1 3/4, but then backed down (after a

10 days) to 1 1/2 to see what would happen. Average temps still

around 97.6.

I am waiting on my ferritin results to see if low iron is

contributing.

My biggest complaint right now is that my knees are absolutely

killing me. I have had joint pain off and on (hips and knees) since

I was about 10, but at this point I am having trouble walking the

pain is so bad. I can't take ibuprofen or tylenol because they give

me insomnia. I can't do aspirin because of liver problems. I'm

thinking this is an autoimmune problem. My grandmother has hypoT and

has rheumatoid arthritis, as do many other members of my dad's family.

I still have some time-release T3 in 7.5 mg doses I am thinking of

trying to see if it helps the joint pain. Would this cause problems

if I just add it to my current dose of Amour?

And just for general information, how do you kow when you aren't

converting the T4 (in Armour) to T3 as you should?

Sorry for the long post - and thank you!
