Greetings;

I am looking for help in understanding and finding a direction to go

with my results. From Diagnostecs INC;

Cortisol Rhythm

AM 11 depressed

noon 7 normal

4pm <1 deressed

midnight <1 depressed

Cortisol burden 20

DHEA 3 borderline #7 Adrenal fatigue

fTSH 57 normal

fT4 .22 normal

fT3 .30 normal

TPO ppositive (not normal)

Estradiol 10 normal

Progesterone >1000 not normal

testosterone 6 borderline low

My Naturopath put me on Dr. 's glandulars 3 caps daily, DHEA 25

mg. and Phytisone (an herbal cortisone maker???)

My MD would like to put me bio-identical cortisone 15mg daily, DHEA,

and Armour thyroid (although my thyroids were normal except for the

anti-bodies)

I have had symptoms of fatigue and gut problems (can't assimilate fats

gives me pain gas and diahrrea, and some gall bladder symptoms) I was

even offered to have the gallbladder out!!! Even though I know it is

not the problem.

My sypmptoms have waxed and waned through the summer and fall. I think

the burnout has been a long standing issue. But the gut sypmptoms

began abruptly when omy friend died of cancer suddenly in JUne)

My gut symptoms look like this; During crash weeks I wake up with

nausea and adrenaline rushes. I need to eat a lot because it feels

like it doesn't stick. Fats make me feel bowel urging, like I have to

go even when I don't. But not all the time, I have decent days too.

Sometimes I have to force myself to eat, or to even get out of bed. I

usually feel better in the afternoon, although this week I have

noticed some anxiety in the eves. Anxiety comes and goes. Sometimes it

is terrible and I become very afraid and have morbid thoughts. Fatigue

I can deal with but the bowel problems and anxiety bother me the most.

Some weeks I feel reletively good, maybe just tired at times.

Any help on interpreting my results would be great.

Any hope from folks who made it through to the healed side would also

be great. Sometimes I feel like there are no health practionaers who

really know what they are doing with this, and I am a guinea pig, even

though I have found an MD and an ND who say they have dealt with it

successfully.

Blessings,

Marissa
