Guest guest
I also take 1/2 to 1 tsp baking soda dissolved in water 1 to 2 times a day to help keep my body slightly more alkaline. Guest guest
Hello. My husband's doctor put him on a candida cleanse. She is having him take 1 tsp twice a day at least half hour before a meal. Consid: he is 330 lbs. Actuall, since starting the whole cleanse and diet, he's lost 17 pounds in a very short amount of time. I am up to 1 tsp once a day. She also gave olive leaf extract and garlic along with the sodium and the diet.
