Guest guest
Barb, I changed to your dosing schedule of 1/2 - 1/2 - 1/2 - 3/8. The good news is that it didn't prevent me from getting to sleep as I feared it might. I didn't sleep better than the nights prior - I wake up to urinate at around 2AM and I wake up at 4am but I can get back to sleep. Then I wake up at around 6:30 which is OK b/c I usually have to get up to go to work at around 7AM. This morning I was falling back to sleep when my dog decided to vomit next to my bed - it's a conspiracy between my wife and pets to prevent me from sleeping The bad news is that I could really feel the lack of the extra T3 in those smaller doses during the day yesterday - I was feeling pretty hypo all day. It's amazing how that little 1/8 grain chip of Armour can make so big a difference. Today was better - less fatigue, neck didn't hurt and my GI was good until tonight which is when I usually have most of my GI problems anyway. My temps have also sunk to high 97s to 98 but they're nice and tight over the past three days: 98.17 97.90 97.95 Maybe spreading out the Armour doses is doing as you all say and stressing the adrenals even less. If they stay in this range, I'll go up again in two days. I'm assuming that you would suggest adding the next 1/8 to the bed-time dose? Thanks,

I would, simply cause I'm sick and tired of cutting pills LOL! And while of course we want to get to our optimal dose, if I have to increase further, it means back to cutting pills again *sigh*.
