Guest guest
I got my chelated mag/glycinate tabs and started on them a few nights ago. They're 400mg and ginormous so I started out cutting them in half to see if I could take the 200mg without bowel trouble. I had none so I took 400mg last night and still had no bowel trouble today - a little tight if anything. My doc said to take mag to bowel tolerance so I guess that I can take more, but should I take more of it at night or add some during the day and how much - another 400mg? I'm also wondering how well my lousy digestive system is handling these hard horse pills, but I could not find any caps so I guess that's how they have to combine mag with glycinate. I'm also injecting mag with B-12 and calcium 2x/week now on my new doc's orders - they call it a BMAG pack. Thanks,
Guest guest
You can take the mag spaced out over the day. This will help especially if you're low in mag.
