I noticed some infection started developing this morning at lungs and sinuses. Throat is also red and achy. Would you think I should start antibiotics today or continue with stress dosing and wait for one more day..Also would you think having antibiogram is better or should i not worry with it?Doc advised me to take clarithromycin (macroid) if infection develops. Do you have any idea if it would be fine? thanks a lot.
