When do you take it?

How much again do you take?

Do you take it before or after thyroid meds? or doesn't it matter??

Can I take it in the evening tonight? or will I get rushy and throw my

system off?

I know I've seen posts about this, sorry to repost, I couldn't find

them.

I'm going to buy some this afternoon and want to be ready...gotta try

something here.

I figured I'd start this with the DHEA, and then add in some Armour

like my doc told me to since I cant afford 128dollars worth of vitamins

right now like he recommended(vit c powder, b12 lozenges which I cant

wait to get, mag, iodine, etc).
