I'm in the middle of a candida cleanse, mainly doing it cuz my hubby is

doing it and plus I've taken lots of antibiotics and this was a big

part of the questionaire he filled out.

I've lost about 5 pounds in the first week and a half.

baking soda before meals twice a day? I hope I'm remembering correctly.
