Guest guest
Buy the unsweetened kind, plain and organic. Then add whatever fruit you like and some stevia. Tastes great, sweet, and without all the sugars and high carbs. Cheri Re: another scary symptom, please advise... re " the yogurt.. just be careful onb tghe amount of sugar in them.,. which i bad if Hypoglycemic or Insulin Resistant. Guest guest
The one I get is pretty sour but when I add the stevia it gets sweet enough to be enjoyable. I don't eat it every day since I take probiotics, but mixed with blueberries and creating a frozen yogurt it is a nice replacement for ice cream. I am an ice cream and chocolate addict so those are the two I struggle with the most giving up. Cheri Re: Re: Yogurt > According to the USDA nutrient database a cup of whole cow's milk has 11.03 grams carbs and 12.83 grams sugars. An 8 ounce container of whole milk plain yogurt has 10.58 grams carbs, and 10.58 grams sugars. So not that much difference. I remember reading somewhere that to significantly reduce the amount of carbs/sugars in yogurt it has to be fermented a full 24 hours. People who tried that said it was so sour as to be inedible. sol .

Guest guest
Val, I can't find the post where you said what kind of yogurt you usually use to take your HC. Please repeat it for me if you will. I need to go and buy some this morning. Thanks, Delores
