Guest guest
Your TSH of 2.38 alone tell s me you wre hypothyroid and your total T4 was bottom of it;s range. I do nto know of anyone that has weaned off Armoru and stayed off it but I would do it slowly if oyu wante dto try it. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Thanks , Thing is, i dont think my thyroid no.'s were as bad as most and maybe if my adrenals had been better the no.'s may have been better. Also i am young and i dont want to be on thyroid and HC all my life. I dont think i will ever be able to wean off HC as long as i am taking armour, as the armour really stesses my adrenals. Thanks again
Guest guest
I was 19 when first dagnosed wiht thyroid problems. I only wish I knew then what I knwo now and had never fought being on thyroid meds and never listened to docs that told me all I needed was T4. The lkonger your body is hypothyroid the more damage is done and the longer it takes to correct it. Your labs are showing bypothyroidism, it is not a good time for denial. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Hi , This is a good point to butt myself in. The data at hand suggested to me that it was better to do NO Armour than be doing a paltry amount. I was taking 30/45 mgs on alternating days. I decided to do without until I can start with the 60 mgs. The reasoning was the 'feedback loop'. I have to say that I got immediate 'sensation' on the neck so I'm a bit freaked out but I have 'held out' (two days only) Now, I don't know. Otherwise, I feel OK. I could just do supplements to help. But I would really like to get your feedback, Esmeralda
Guest guest
I odn;t recommend ANYONE star with 69mg Armru if they have adrenl problems, btu I DO recommend you dont stay at that low dose long. Iwiuld say start at 15mg and work up raising it 15mg every wek, that should cover your time until oyu cna get the iron up better. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Iwiuld **That's the prob, I need a few more dates to even send my saliva tests so I'm not sure if still adrenal probs. So I don't know if I should wait ON the armour or OFF the armour. If I wait ON the armour, won't I be kicking in the 'feedback loop'? > say start at 15mg and work up raising it 15mg every wek, that should > cover your time until oyu cna get the iron up better. **You mean get it up into the 90 range? >
Guest guest
Armour will not affect your slaiva labs for cortiosl. It will affect the thyroid labs only, btu jut to show if you are able to utilize it or not. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
